In the history level, there is a book named "BBiEaL" (with the quotation marks), which is short for Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning. It is a pink book with a sprite of Baldi on it. When given to Erie, she will complain about it. File:Bldibook.png "BBiEaL" item found in AEwVS.
In an inaccessable area in the language level, there are multiple props, along with a static sprite of Baldi.
There is a joke item, which can only be found in test maps, called "Pocket bald", which uses a slightly distorted sprite of Baldi. When not in inventory, this item slowly duplicates itself, which can eventually freeze or crash the game.
There is an achievement called "bald", given when throwing the item into a cauldron.
In the joke "beta01" version, a rotated sprite of Baldi replaces the smile wolf, who occasionally appears in a blocked off hallway (meaning he can only be seen through a window).
